- These genuine Angus beef steaks are raised and processed with care in the United States. Each hand cut steak is individually packaged and vacuum sealed for portion control and to reduce food waste.
- This American Angus Beef sampler package includes (4) 8 oz Tenderloin Filets (4) 12 oz Boneless Strip Steaks and (4) 12 oz Boneless Ribeye Steaks. Available in two grades: USDA High Choice (great value) and USDA Prime (<2% of all US raised beef is designated prime). These cuts are wet aged for up to 35 days.
- The cattle are corn fed and raised and slaughtered following industry best practices. Per our specifications, the hand cut steaks are flash frozen following the wet aging process. Flash freezing uses cold temperatures to preserve nutrients and the aging process, as well as protect the product from external impurities and extend shelf life.
- We have worked with these farms and suppliers for decades. At each price point, we have not found better value genuine American Angus beef.
