This keyboard has a completely flat silicone top layer so that bacteria, viruses and other germs cannot accumulate between the keys. This makes the keyboard easy and quick to clean at any time of the day. Underneath the flexible top layer are the keys as you know them from a normal keyboard. Each key features a durable "scissor mechanism" that ensures a longer product lifespan and comfortable typing. By pressing the special "Cleankey" the keys are switched off. This allows you to easily clean the keyboard with a wipe and cleaning solution without typing anything on your computer. A wireless range of 10 meters provides a direct, uninterrupted connection that allows you to remotely control your PC when necessary. This keyboard is Plug-and-Play compatible with any Windows based PC. This means that you only connect the USB cable and can immediately use the keyboard without installing drivers or other software. With normal use, the four included batteries last up to 12 months. If you use the keyboard in energy-saving mode, this will be extended to 24 months. In energy-saving mode, the LED lights for scroll, number and caps lock are switched off by default.
