The INTERTOOL 50 Foot Professional Hybrid Air Hose PT08-1782 is an indispensable accessory for any workplace that utilizes air compressors and pneumatic tools that require less air flow rate up to 20 CFM. Such tools include LVLP and HVLP spray guns, blow guns, staplers, nailers, riveters, inflating guns, caulking guns, grease guns, grinders, sanders, anti-corrosion guns, air screwdrivers, air ratchet wrenches, impact wrenches, hopper guns, sandblasters, air hammers, shear scissors, and equipment with large pneumatic cylinders. A 360 degree swivel ball joint on one end of the hose allows for even further manipulation taking the stress off of the user’s wrists all while keeping an uninterrupted air flow from compressor to tool. At each end of the hose there are multifunctional 1/4-inch (6mm) standard threads that can be used on their own or attached to a variety of compatible connectors. Either end is compatible with both male and female couplers. The connectors included with the hose are lightly screwed on for ease of use out of the box. Users are advised to use thread seal tape, also known as PTFE or Teflon tape, before attaching any connectors to ensure that no air escapes while the hose is in use. All thread connectors, swivel joints, and quick connectors included with the hose are produced with the highest quality industrial brass to prevent rust, increase the product’s lifetime usage, and resist heavy impacts that would otherwise cause damage to the tool.
